MT Summit Productions Ltd.
Our mission...
The Summit Circuit mission is to provide independent information and strategic vision to the contact center community. We fulfill this mandate through our Summit Circuit events and our monthly online journal, e-Summit International. We have succeeded in creating a unique and truly valuable forum for the contact center community in which end-users can benefit from the knowledge of industry leaders and each other in an environment that facilitates the peer learning process.
Our history...
In 1994, the International Call Center Summit was launched as a cooperative venture by MW Productions. This marked the beginning of the summits’ focus on executive level issues regarding the call center. In 1996 the North American Call Center Summit ran for the first time and in 1998, recognizing the growing importance of outsourcing, it was twinned with the Call Center Summit on Strategic Outsourcing.
With a view to better serving the ever-evolving contact center community, The International Call Center Summit concluded in 2000, paving the way to introduce the Summit Circuit — the next odyssey of customer contact management strategy and solutions for the global community.
Summit events...
The Summit Circuit is a series of exclusive executive level networking meetings that focus on strategic thinking and implementation. The Summits take place over a 12-month cycle, maintaining an environment that facilitates the dynamic exchange of information and the development of relationships within specified economic regions where business is being sought. Each Summit deals uniquely with issues that are common in the contact center industry yet individual in many ways relating to the region, whether it is North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe or Asia Pacific.
Each Summit delivers cutting-edge information, ideas and solutions through a traditional seminar program and a facilitated peer learning process. Each Summit focuses on strategic outsourcing partnerships, contact center management solutions and site selection relative to the unique challenges faced within each economic region, as well as issues common to the global contact center industry as a whole.
e-Summit International...
Summit Circuit's monthly on-line publication bridges the communication gap between events. We publish articles that provide information of interest to executives and senior managers responsible for contact centers, global contact management solutions, outsourcing strategy and new site locations. To that end, e-Summit's articles supply a balanced view of relevant content focusing on strategic issues for companies looking to develop their competive advantage.
