• Register 2 people at the same time and save 10% off each registration fee
• Register 3 or more people at the same time and save 20% off each registration fee
• Register for 2 or more of the Summit Circuit events, and receive a $100.00 US discount off each registration fee.
Discounts may be compounded, but do not apply to early bird registration discounts.
If you wish to take advantage of our discounts for multiple registrants, please submit a second or third registration form for additional delegates and indicate that they are your colleagues and part of a group discount in the comments field at the bottom of the form page. Your registration fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation policy:
If your plans change, a written cancellation notice must be received no less than one month prior to each event. A refund will be issued less a $50.00 US processing fee. After that time, no refunds will be issued. However, you may substitute someone else from your organization for your full program at no penalty.
Hotel accommodation:
Strategically located at Panama Bay, and convenient to the commercial and banking heart of Panama City, the newly renovated Sheraton Panama Hotel & Convention Center will be the site of the 2008 Summit of the Americas. You won’t just stay here; you belong here!
The special Summit meeting rate is $200.00 US Deluxe Single / $210.00 US Double; Club Level upgrades $225.00 US Single and $235.00 US Double. For advance reservations, call 011 (507) 305-5100.
Transportation:
The Sheraton Panama Hotel is a 15-minute drive from Tocumen International Airport. The following are options for transportation to/from the airport: Taxis $35.00 US per person (1 to 2 people per trip) or $10.00 US per person (for 3 people or more). Hotel shuttle bus $20.00 US per person, per trip.
The purchase of a Tourist Card upon arrival in Panama is required for most travelers. Cards are issued in the arrivals area at Tocumen Airport at a cost of $5.00 US.
Event Registration
You may use this form to register for an upcoming Summit Circuit contact center event. Select the event you are registering for, then enter your contact information and complete the payment options. The Demographics section is not mandatory, but we would appreciate you completing it as well.
