The Summit Effect
Here's what global industry specialists have to say about the experience of attending a Summit Circuit global event:
Tim Searcy, CEO, American Teleservices Association
The Summit Circuit is an international contact center's professional provider of a variety of things, but first and foremost, I think, a provider of opportunities for emerging marketplaces to get engaged in the international contact center industry. You do something that nobody else does. You bring the world to the United States, but what’s cool as well, you bring us to the world, so that we have a chance to really begin to make and engage this global marketplace. I am so grateful that you have given me the opportunity to go places that are two-dimensional when I see them on TV, and in three-dimensions they are do different, so much more life to them — and I really understand why a center would choose to locate in some place like Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, or Guatemala City in Guatemala.

Over time, the Summit will be considered as the first true catalyst of the BPO industry in Guatemala. It sparked cooperation between the public and private sectors in the country, and it also served as an eye opener for Guatemalan leaders, to see firsthand the potential of this industry. But most importantly, it gathered in one place important industry professionals, opinion leaders and investors that contributed to making Guatemala a global market player.

The Summit Circuit provided Guatemala and our company the opportunity to be known, and thanks to this we are very optimistic of the growth potential in the following years.
Elsa Silva de Toledo, Innovative Contact Solutions
The Summit is one of those events that you come across once in a lifetime — a first class event in a smaller, more comfortable setting where one really does have the opportunity to meet one on one with key industry players. As owner of a Guatemalan contact center, the Summit helped us demonstrate to these key players that we can offer Best-in-Class services. We plan to keep attending the Summit so that we can keep getting this exposure and grow our company with their help.
